Guardian By Elexa app for iPhone and iPad

Guardian by Elexa is a standalone leak and flood detection/prevention system that installs with no tools or plumber, and can automatically notify you on your smart phone or shut off your water main if water is detected in your home. Guardian currently consists of two pieces of hardware - the Valve Controller and the Water Detector. The Valve Controller installs on top of the existing water main valve and can be used with any ¼-turn ball valve from ½” - 1”, while the battery-powered Water Detectors are placed near plumbing fixtures and appliances to monitor the area for water leaks. The Water Detectors communicate wirelessly over a proprietary RF protocol with a max range of 1000 ft. directly with the Valve Controller (with no Hub,) and the moment water is detected, the Valve Controller will either notify the user and/or stop the water automatically.
